Servonas Terms of Service

Last updated August 24, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Servonas websites, software, booking tools, communications, and related services. By accessing or using Servonas, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent.

Servonas provides software to help service businesses manage websites, leads, bookings, customers, scheduling, communications, invoicing, payments, and related operations. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the content you publish, your team's use of the platform, and compliance with laws, contracts, and industry rules that apply to your business.

You may not use Servonas to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, interfere with the platform, send unlawful spam, abuse messaging or payment tools, misrepresent your business, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure.

Some features rely on third-party providers such as payment processors, domain registrars, hosting platforms, mapping providers, telecom carriers, advertising platforms, and AI services. Those providers may have their own terms, pricing, uptime commitments, and policies, and Servonas is not responsible for third-party outages or policy decisions.

Fees, included features, trial access, beta access, domain offers, and renewal obligations may vary by plan or promotion. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled, and you remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation takes effect.

You retain ownership of your business information and content. You grant Servonas the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, back up, and otherwise provide the service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload and use all content connected to your account.

Servonas may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account creates security risk, violates these terms, threatens the platform, or is used for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity. We may also modify or discontinue features, especially beta features, as the product evolves.

Servonas is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, particular business results, search rankings, ad performance, message delivery, or compatibility with every third-party system.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Servonas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to use of the platform.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Servonas after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you have questions about these terms, please contact help@servonas.com.

This page is intended as a practical public terms page for the site. For any final legal review or more detailed risk allocation, it should be reviewed by counsel before being treated as your final binding legal document.
